Inizio amaro di 2008 per gli Spiders che avanti per 2-0 dopo neanche 20 minuti di gioco, si vedono raggiungere e sorpassare (all'89' con una prodezza di Steven McDougall su cross di Watt) da un Airdrie United decisamente più motivato e battagliero.
Rimane comunque da recuperare ancora una gara, percui... crediamoci! La Second Division ci spetta di diritto!
